NEW: Rising 7th grade students: The Tennessee Department of Health requires that ALL students entering 7th grade be immunized for TDAP (Tetanus/diptheria/pertussis booster). If your child has received this immunization, please send in a copy to the CMS front office or email a copy to Nurse Bethany at bethany.smith@blountk12.org. If your child has not received this immunization, please contact your child’s physician or the Blount County Health Department to schedule an appointment. Immunization records must be turned in to the front office at CMS by Friday, October 2, 2026.

Parents/Guardians: Please arrange with Nurse Bethany to pick up any unused medications from the clinic for this school year by 11:00am, Thursday, May 21. The clinic cannot keep medication over summer break. Any medication not picked up by a parent/guardian by Thursday, May 21, will be destroyed.
