NEW: Rising 7th grade students: - The Tennessee Department of Health requires that ALL students entering 7th grade be immunized for TDAP (Tetanus/diptheria/pertussis booster). If your child has received this immunization, please send in a copy to the CMS front office or email a copy to Nurse Kendra at Kendra.Reed@blountk12.org.
If your child has not received this immunization, please contact your child’s physician or the Blount County Health Department to schedule an appointment. Immunization records must be turned in to the front office at CMS by Friday, October 2, 2026.

Car Rider Information -- If your students are car riders in the morning, pull all the way down to the end of the awning for drop-off. If they are afternoon car riders, pull all the way down to the end of the grade level area where you are picking up. This will make the line shorter for everyone. All car riders must go through the line, unless they are athletes with an away practice or game or have special permission given from an administrator.
