WBHS Football Game Information: Middle School students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to attend the William Blount High School football games. Also, the areas around the field remain in construction, so please read the important information below.

Boys Basketball Tryouts will be September 8 and 9, from 4:00-5:30pm in the CMS gym. Players must have an updated physical and parent consent form to tryout. Those can be picked up outside the gym and turned into the front office. Football players may tryout at a later time. Please contact Coach Hatfield to set that up.

Girls' Basketball Tryouts will be September 10 and 11, from 3:45-5:00pm in the CMS gym. Players must have an updated physical and parent consent form to tryout. Those can be picked up outside the gym and turned into the front office. Softball players may tryout at a later time. Please contact Coach Tarver to set that up.

Rising 7th grade students - The Tennessee Department of Health requires that ALL students entering 7th grade be immunized for TDAP (Tetanus/diptheria/pertussis booster). If your child has received this immunization, please send in a copy to the CMS front office or email a copy to Nurse Kendra at Kendra.Reed@blountk12.org. If your child has not received this immunization, please contact your child’s physician or the Blount County Health Department to schedule an appointment. Immunization records must be turned in to the front office at CMS by Friday, October 2, 2026.
